This Privacy Notice describes how VeeDNA Inc., including its brand Lineaje, (herein referred to as “Lineaje,” “our,” ”we”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information. Lineaje provides services to analyze source code, object code, containers and other software components to reveal information regarding the origin and authorship of code within a business’s software through our product, SBOM360. This Privacy Notice applies to these services and to websites of Lineaje that display this Privacy Notice (each a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”). We collect information you choose to give us and other information that may be automatically collected from your use of the Site and your device. We use that information in the operation of our business, and for a variety of other purposes set forth below. This Privacy Notice also describes the choices Lineaje offers with respect to your data when you use our Site.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to third parties or their services. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information which cannot be identified to any individual, household, or their devices. -  If you are a software developer, we may share your information with our customers. This may include sharing information about your development authorship and contributions, including in de-identified form. This may include publicly available information about software development contributions.

-  With our professional advisors who provide legal, compliance, accounting, banking, or consulting services.

-  In order to comply with our legal obligations or to protect the interests, property or legal rights of you, ourselves, or third parties.

What Choice Do I Have?

Update personal information: If you want to review and change certain personally identifiable information that you have provided to us on our Site, you may contact us at [legal@lineaje.com]. If you are an administrator for a business customer, you can update your profile and change information you have provided to us by logging into your account. If you are a developer or other user of our services with an account managed by a local administrator, you will need to contact your administrator to update information in your account.

Marketing communications: You may receive marketing information from Lineaje. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us at [legal@lineaje.com]. Please note that you may continue to receive non-marketing emails from us after you opt-out.

Cookies: You have a number of choices regarding certain cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may modify your browser’s setting to notify you of cookie placement or decline cookies.
